I like the simplicity, nice shot, something missing for me though. Not sure what. Maybe some colour as desaturation with such simplicity is hard to achieve perfectly.
GREAT GREAT SHOT!
deji77: LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL. Coming from the colour expert I would understand. Unfortunately the original didn't have much in terms of real colours in the first place. So I decided to just do without.
Thanks Azhar!

Isn't it wonderful how a great deal of empty space can make a really good image, as here.

As always, it's the ability to 'see' the opportunity that's the start of a great image.
deji77: Very nice words Colin. Thanks!
The fact that its so simple gets me...all that space, and yet what a powerful shot..
deji77: Glad you like it Yanik...thanks....
crikey, did u pay them to sit still?? I like the simplicity of this shot but why the grey sky?? it breaks my heart...some sunshine pleeeeez...

and arent there supposed to be only two little black birds: peter and paul?

p.s

can I harass you to get me a nice shot of a rabbit or a puppy??
deji77: Me looki out me window fine madam, and me no see no sunshine, only dem dark broody clouds of winter. Dem am coming real fast.

hey deji, reasonably good shot...bit too much of open space but bloody good angle...i guess id also like to see this shot in colour to see the birds in colour...the perched birds symmetry is also a cool thing....7.5/10 from me....
And now....finally, your chance to get back at me...visit my new photoblog...it'll boost ur self esteem becuase even though im tough at criticizing ull see that im absolute rubbish compared to u when it comes to pointing and shooting...anyway, hope to see u there soon.
artistic image....i like the tilting antenna sync wt the birds and nice composition of empty spacesmile)
