taken outside my home in nigeria. located near the fiery town of warri. on the right is wat remains of a gigantic housing project started in the 80s. belonging to nigeria's first experiments into steel production: the delta steel company. now its more or less run down and overrun by looters. the company was recently acquired by Mittal Steel.

Great capture, Deji! This is one of my favorites of yours so far. The sky is brilliant and the composition is very fine. I do tend to agree with Suby on the cropping; maybe cropping out the slight intrustion at bottom left? High regards, Brent

i could keep yu in my prayers for this. i actually have tears in my eyes and i still haven't stopped saying awwww.

the beatuiful setting of the sun (just how i used to watch it), the untarred road, the mood, the quietness...enthralling. i'm lost.
